 Clean and Drying Fast

It is often necessary to clean seats on coaches, buses, planes, trains, ships and other means of transport extremely rapidly in order to respect tight turnaround times.

The biggest problem is to combine good cleaning with rapid drying (with traditional washing methods, the fabric and any padding get completely soaked).

The CDF system basically comprises a special piece of equipment called mini-FOAMER which uses a foam detergent called MOQCLEAN Special.

The fabric is then briefly brushed...

 

...and the foam removed with a good vacuum cleaner 

 

The MOQCLEAN Special foam does not completely soak the fabric nor does it allow any padding to absorb the liquid.
A good vacuum cleaner completes the drying process and makes the seat usable after 15-30 minutes.

Exceptional cleaning result are therefore combined with rapid drying.

Drying times also depend on the weather conditions and the type of fabric treated (synthetic fabrics dry faster)

For small jobs there is also a portable foamer called Self-FOAMER.

As well as seats, the system can also be used for the rapid washing of sofa and armchair fabrics, fitted carpets, wallpaper, rugs, etc..

Test certificates, including declared advantages, have been issued by Italian State Railways.
